Role & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through paid marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance by optimizing CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Experience managing Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Experience in keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology industry is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience handling large advertising budgets.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead nurturing.
