About the Role

We are looking for a Psychologist / Psychology professional with 1–3 years of experience who understands women's emotional, psychological, and social challenges during perimenopause and menopause.

The ideal candidate should be empathetic, a valuable listener, and comfortable speaking with women over phone calls. You will interact with women to understand their concerns, provide appropriate emotional support and information,



and guide them toward the right Miror service or healthcare professional when required.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants to work in women's health and understands that menopause can affect a woman's mood, confidence, relationships, work life, sleep, stress levels, and overall well-being.

Important

This is a calling-based role. The candidate must be comfortable making and receiving calls and speaking with women regularly throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with women/customers.
- Listen carefully and empathetically to women's concerns and experiences.
