Kirtee & Assoc is an architectural lighting design practice working across luxury residential, hospitality, landscape, façade and bespoke lighting projects.
We are looking for an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to work alongside our lighting design team, assisting with spatial understanding, 3D modelling, visualisation and design presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models and high-quality visualisations for interior and architectural spaces.
- Create lighting visualisations.
- Develop and modify interior spaces, materials, furniture and architectural elements in 3D.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Translate design concepts into clear 3D visuals and presentation material.
- Work closely with lighting designers to represent lighting concepts accurately in 3D.
- Assist with material, colour, furniture and spatial studies where required.
- Prepare visuals and drawings for client presentations.
- Coordinate with architectural and interior drawings and incorporate design revisions.
- Maintain organised project files and drawing/model documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of 3D modelling and visualisation.
- Positive working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render or another 3D modelling software.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, proportions, spatial planning and interior detailing.
- Ability to create realistic and visually compelling architectural/interior visualisations.
- Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of lighting and how light interacts with materials and spaces is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferr
