We're Hiring — Sales Executive | Rite Solar | Wardha, Maharashtra

Rite Solar, the solar division of
Rite Water Solutions (India) Limited
, is scaling up its rooftop solar business across Maharashtra — and we're looking for a Sales Executive to own the Wardha territory.

We deliver end-to-end rooftop solar for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential clients — feasibility, design, EPC, installation and O&M.; Backed by decades of sustainable infrastructure experience and pan-India execution, we help clients cut energy costs and meet their ESG goals.

What you'll do
- Build and own a pipeline of C&I;, institutional and residential rooftop prospects
- Run client meetings and site visits across Wardha and nearby talukas
- Translate solar into plain language — savings, payback, subsidy eligibility
- Prepare proposals and quotations with support from our engineering team
- Negotiate, close, and stay on as the client's point of contact
- Track your numbers, report regularly, and support marketing campaigns and events
- Stay sharp on policy, tariffs, and competitor pricing





What we're looking for
- 2–3 years
of field sales experience (B2B or B2C); renewable energy or infrastructure is a robust plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Comfort with the technical

financial basics — system sizing, ROI, payback
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory.
This is a field-first role.
- Familiarity with Indian solar policy and incentives (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, MSEDCL net metering) is an advantage
- Local candidates from Wardha or nearby areas preferred
