What You'll Do

? Pre-Sales Support

• Engage with inbound leads through calls, emails, and chats

• Understand client requirements and communicate our solutions effectively

• Coordinate proposals with internal teams

• Maintain CRM records and manage lead follow-ups

? Post-Sales & Client Success

• Support clients throughout onboarding and implementation

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries

• Coordinate with operations, tech,



and support teams for issue resolution

• Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication

? Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• Conduct regular check-ins and collect customer feedback

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Contribute to customer success and business growth
