Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and initiate replenishment actions.
Ensure accurate stock records of raw-materials and minimize inventory carrying costs.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean manufacturing etc.,).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of self and team members related to production planning and control.
Prepare MIS reports on production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication:

Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production ope
