Role & responsibilities

1. Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent

2. Connect with placement cells, collages, online job portals to find a right candidate.

3. Maintain accurate employee databases and documentation

4. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters

5. Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs and workshops

6. Track training effectiveness

7. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

8. Manage workers' compensation, safety protocols, and risk mitigation

9. Process payroll-related queries

10. Oversee employee recognition and reward programs
