- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** with a strong background in the **Audio Visual (AV) and Broadcast Industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and an established network within the AV and Broadcast ecosystem
- Key Responsibilities
- * Drive sales of the company's AV and Broadcast products, solutions, and services across the assigned territory.
- * Identify, develop, and convert current business opportunities while expanding the company's customer base.
- * Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- * Build strong relationships with broadcasters, system integrators, consultants, distributors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
- * Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.




- * Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, seminars, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- * Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized AV and Broadcast solutions for customers.
- * Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, email campaigns, tele-calling, and customer engagement programs.
- * Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports in the ERP/CRM system.
- * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing regular market intelligence and sales forecasts to management.
- * Participate in sales review meetings and contribute to business planning and growth strategies.
