We are seeking a skilled
Electrical Sales Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise with sales skills to design, promote and sell products like switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and IoT-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales:
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs, meet assigned monthly/annual sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Technical Solutions:
Offer expert advice on electrical products, industrial automation systems, panels, and energy management solutions.
- Proposals & Negotiations:
Prepare detailed technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents, including negotiating terms.
- Product Demonstration:
Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations of automation software or hardware.
- Collaboration:
Work with engineering, project, and production teams to ensure customized solutions are properly designed and delivered.
- Market Analysis:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

·
Experience:
0–3 years (or more for senior roles) in electrical product sales, industrial automation, or technical sales.

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, switchgear, protection relays, and power distribution.

Communication:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal with engineers and C-level executives.

·
Software
: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Core Competencies

· Problem-solving in industrial environments.

· Knowledge of Field Instruments (e.g., transmitters).

· Ability to work independently and travel for site visits
