Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, customize, and support Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS.
Provide IT support for LIMS applications in Pharma, Biotech, or Laboratory environments.
Manage LIMS configuration, master data, user administration, and application support.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents following ITIL processes.
Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and R&D; teams to understand business requirements.
Integrate LIMS with laboratory instruments, ELNs, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, configuration documents, and knowledge articles.




Support system validation, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
