Job Title - Auditor (QSR/Rapid Food Industry)

Industry: Food & Beverage (QSR)

Experience - 3 to 5 years in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)

Salary - upto 30k to 40k per month

The auditors’ role
will require constant traveling.

The store auditor
is responsible for the formal evaluation of the
store’s
facilities, procedures, and practices to ensure that they comply with organizational, regulatory, and industry standards for food safety, quality, hygiene, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Requirements:

· Proven working experience as an Internal Auditor at a (QSR)

· Basic computer skills in MS Office.

· Ability to compile detailed reports

· Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.

· High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

· Sound independent judgment





Responsibilities:

· Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations

· Determine internal audit scope and develop reports

· Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit’s results and document the process

· Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity and goal achievement

· Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures

· Conduct follow-up audits to monitor CAP.

· Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding SOP, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards
