Design and program Crestron and Extron control systems.
Develop custom control system interfaces.
Configure AV devices and integrate them with control systems.
System Integration:
Integrate AV systems with various control platforms.
Ensure compatibility and functionality across different devices.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
Technical Support:
Offer remote and on-site technical support.
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly.
Perform system updates and maintenance.
Project Management:
Work with project managers to plan and execute AV projects.
