Based in Bangalore, you will drive the operational backbone and technical execution of data management for our US organization—converting real customer needs into dependable data products, efficient workflows, and timely insights that leaders act on.
You will join a high-performing, digitally savvy team working across AWS, Databricks, and PySpark to raise data quality, streamline processes, and resolve issues at speed. From day one, you will partner closely with Commercial, Medical, and Technology teams—shaping requirements, advocating user-centric design, and delivering in agile sprints.

3. Accountabilities
Data Operations Excellence: Provide operational and technical support for US data management across data quality,



business process workflows, and downstream applications and tools, ensuring stable, trusted data flows.
Incident Triage and Resolution: Troubleshoot data processing issues, handle business user queries, and conduct investigations to reduce time-to-resolution and prevent recurrence.
Data Validation and Insight Generation: Perform validation, reconciliation, and ad-hoc analyses; translate findings into clear actions and implications for business teams.
Customer Liaison: Act as the bridge between Commercial/Medical collaborators and IT for customer concerns and issue resolution, ensuring transparency and timely outcomes.
Access and Platform Administration: Lead access, user roles, and updates across platforms like Sharp, upholding governance, privacy, and auditability.
Requirements and User-Centric Design: Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements; champion intuitive, accessible data
