We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, learner-centred digital learning experiences that deliver measurable impact across VOIS. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, transform content into effective digital solutions, and apply contemporary instructional design methodologies to enhance learner engagement, retention and knowledge transfer. This position is based in Pune or Bangalore and offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued digitalisation of learning across the organisation.What you’ll do
