Position Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
- The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, providing expert guidance in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement talent management strategies, including recruitment process and onboarding processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution,



and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, to foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend proactive solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead or support various HR projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture while upholding ethical standards and compliance.
- Act as the Mediclaim SPOC, managing Group Mediclaim and Group Health Insurance processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining an up-to-date insurance tracker to ensure accurate and timely coverage for all employees.
- Issue bonafide letters and uphold records accurately within a maintained tracker system.
