Role:
- Recruit and onboard women professionals for Urban Company's Insta Help category.
- Source candidates through field visits, communities, referrals, SHGs, societies, etc.
- Explain the chance, complete onboarding/KYC, and drive activation.
- Achieve weekly & monthly hiring targets.
Who We're Looking For:
- 0–3 years experience in field sales / recruitment / business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Local language proficiency preferred.
- Target-driven and good at building relationships.
Compensation:
- ₹27,000 Net Take-Home
- ₹3,000 Petrol Allowance
- Up to ₹25,000 Incentives
- Earning Potential: Up to ₹58,000/month
