Summary
The Lead Software Engineer (LSE) – Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) serves as the functional leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and customer-centric ERP solutions.

The LSE acts as a trusted advisor for functional solution design, drives product innovation,



mentors engineering and consulting teams, and ensures successful delivery of enterprise capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Tax business processes.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, providing leadership across product design, implementation, and customer engagements.
2. Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
3. Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs for engineering teams.
4. Partner with Product Management to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and feature enhancements that align with customer and market needs.
