Job Description Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects within the approved time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual requirements. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently and in accordance with approved specifications and applicable standards.

About the role:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead the overall planning and execution of construction projects from commencement through completion and handover.
Develop and monitor project execution strategies, construction methodologies, and project schedules.
Establish project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and performance targets.
Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.




Monitor progress against the approved baseline programme and take corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of works.
2. Project Management & Coordination
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and other specialist works.
Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Architect, PMC, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and statutory authorities.
Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor action points for timely closure.
Resolve technical, contractual, commercial, and site-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project functions.
3. Cost & Commercial Management
Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
Review project cash flow, budgets, commitments, and cost forecasts.
