Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.

We will count on you to:
Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
Manage month-end / quarter-end Bank reconciliation processes:
Daily matching
Clearing open items
Coordinating with controllers and other functional teams to clear open items
Bank reconciliations
Accruals
Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
Managing audit requirements
Note: Applicant should be flexible working in Night shift.
What you need to have:
Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of work experience / CA with 0-1 years of work experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data.
Valuable communication skills.
Must have worked on Oracle/ERP.
Must be keen to learn.
