Role Purpose
Buyerr
is seeking an independent Senior Associate – Human Resources will primarily drive Talent Acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment across business functions while supporting HR Operations to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. The role requires an independent contributor who can build robust stakeholder relationships, identify quality talent, and support key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial competency-based interviews and coordinate interview processes.
- Manage discussions, candidate engagement, and joining formalities.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, HRMS updates, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding, induction, Exit, PMS and employee documentation.
- Ensuring timely updates to Mediclaim and other employee benefit records.
- Manage Sodexo administration, including card ordering, replacement, discontinuation, and monthly order placement.
- Track and reconcile corporate credit card expenses and maintain supporting documentation.
