- The incumbent is required to lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the plant to achieve operational objectives set by Business Plan.
- Responsible for activities such as manufacturing, cost control, quality control, supply and logistics, employee relations and administration.
- Planning of all equipments maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensuring all equipments in the line are operated as per the rated capacity, minimal break downs & positive Mechanical Efficiency.
- Effectively implemented the preventive maintenance schedule on interval basis like -daily, weekly, and monthly and annually to maintain the health of equipment perfect.
- Basic tetrapak machine Knowledge likeTBA 19, TPC-23, TCCS Conveyor control system, Straw Applicator, Cardboard packer-32, Shrink Sleeve Applicator, tray packer etc.
- Ensuring implementation of FSMS in compliance to FSSAI policies, GFMP , Environmental hygiene requirements Health & Safety measures as per ISO & HACCP.
