We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pharmacovigilance Case Processor in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacovigilance and case processing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Process and manage pharmacovigilance cases from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and other relevant documents to identify potential safety concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals and technical staff, to resolve complex cases.
- Develop and maintain expertise in pharmaceutical products, therapies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends and patterns in data that may indicate safety risks or adverse events.




- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences.
- Proven experience in pharmacovigilance case processing, preferably in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
