ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist

Experience: 7+ years, with 5+ years relevant
Location: Pune / Hyderabad
WO Rate: Up to 170K
Work Mode: Contract

Role:
Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow CMDB Engineer/Implementation Specialist to design, implement, integrate, and stabilize an enterprise CMDB aligned with CSDM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
- Manage CI classes, relationships, lifecycle, reconciliation and data quality
- Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
- Configure MID Servers and automated CI data ingestion
- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs and Transform Maps
- Implement de-duplication,



source-of-truth and certification controls
- Monitor CMDB Health and improve completeness/accuracy
- Support CMDB use cases across ITOM, Incident, Change, Problem and AIOps
- Prepare technical documentation and support operational handover

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow CMDB, CMDB Administration, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, Transform Maps, CI Lifecycle & Relationships.

Good to Have: CSA, CIS, CSDM certifications; banking/regulated workplace experience.
