About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Valuations team. In this role, you will support valuation engagements through financial analysis, industry research, valuation modeling, and report preparation for a variety of tax, transaction, and compliance purposes. Working alongside experienced professionals, youll contribute to complex valuation projects involving businesses, securities,



and intangible assets while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and client needs. You will work on business valuation engagements that support financial reporting and audit requirements, contributing to analysis, building financial models from scratch, and forming perspectives aligned with accounting standards. The role involves close collaboration with US teams and senior stakeholders, offering exposure to client interactions and real business scenarios.
