Systems and V&V; within the Acute Therapies business creates and manages a Systems Engineering and Test Engineering department that aligns with the organization's vision and strategic plan for its product roadmap. This individual will be leading a multi-discipline team of engineers of diverse skills providing technical expertise and guidance along with accountability of reviewing, approving, and developing complex electromechanical designs. The ideal candidate will utilize solid understanding of theories and practices from a variety of disciplines to manage complex projects or programs within the boundaries of quality, scope, time and budget. Acknowledged outside of business unit or division for input on programs of some magnitude. Exhibits creativity and innovation in completing divisional and cross-functional/business unit responsibilities.
