About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enable critical business operations within a highly regulated financial services workplace. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, high-performing platform capabilities. Success in this role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, platform governance, and application support. You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, technical excellence,



and continuous improvement across Salesforce ecosystems.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design reviews and recommend best practices for platform scalability and performance.
Perform code reviews and enforce development standards across Salesforce delivery teams.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
