You will create precise evaluation criteria and provide evidence-based assessments that can be applied consistently across different assignments. Accountabilities:
Design exact, task-specific grading criteria for consulting deliverables, including market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, business cases, and executive presentations.
Evaluate AI-generated and human-created consulting work against established criteria to assess quality, accuracy, depth, and practical relevance.
Review complex analyses for logical consistency, sound assumptions, appropriate methodologies, and actionable recommendations.
Provide detailed written justifications for evaluations and scores to ensure transparency, accountability, and reproducibility.
Apply structured, consistent, and evidence-based judgment when assessing consulting deliverables.
Assess the quality of market sizing, financial modeling, strategic analysis, business-case development, and executive-level communication.
