JadeStone Capital is a strategic finance and capital advisory firm that works as an embedded finance function for growth-stage businesses.

Most companies reach a point where the constraint is no longer the product or the market — it is capital, and the financial architecture required to raise it. Balance sheets that were never built to withstand diligence. Projections without defensible assumptions. Funding routes the business was always eligible for but never knew existed. JadeStone Capital exists to solve that problem from the inside.

We operate as the SFP/ECFO function our clients do not yet have. That means building the financial model, structuring the capital, preparing the business for institutional scrutiny, and staying in the room through diligence to close.

What we do:

Embedded CFO & Strategic Finance

Financial modelling, MIS and reporting architecture, unit economics, cash flow planning and the governance discipline that makes a business institution-ready.

Capital Sourcing:

Across the full landscape – government schemes, startup incentives,



grants and credit guarantee programmes on one side; venture funds, private equity, family offices, debt providers and structured instruments on the other. The mandate is to identify every route a business is genuinely eligible for, and to assess which capital is worth taking.

Transaction Execution:

Information memorandums, data rooms, valuation and deal structuring, diligence management, term sheet negotiation support and closing coordination.

Investor Relations:

Investor mapping and outreach, fundraising materials, ongoing investor communication and post-investment reporting.

How we work:

We work with a small number of companies at a time and go deep with each. Our teams sit alongside founders rather than reporting from a distance, and we stay through execution rather than exiting at the recommendation stage.
