Prospur Fintech (prospur.in) is a phygital investment services platform helping Indians invest smarter. We're a small, ambitious team building a solid brand in the personal finance space — and we want someone creative and driven to help us grow.

What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn) for our website and social channels
- Use AI tools to make video creation faster and better
- Own our social media calendar — plan, post consistently, and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Bring your own ideas for content, campaigns, hooks, and formats — we want someone who shows up with a plan, not someone who waits for one
- Drive our social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X — what to post, when to post, and how to grow
- Run Meta Ads — create ads, boost posts, test what works, and track performance
- Help grow The Finletter, our newsletter, through email marketing campaigns and cross-channel promotion
- Support analytics, SEO, and campaign management work — track metrics, pull insights,



and help optimise our digital presence

What You Should Have
- Good written and spoken English
- A proactive mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and don't need constant reminders
- Experience with Meta Ads (boosting, basic targeting, ad creation)
- Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation
- A good sense of what works on social media — and ideas on how to make it work for us
- Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, or campaign management is a plus
- Interest in personal finance or investing is a big plus

Nice to Have
- A personal portfolio, Instagram page, or any work you can show
- Canva / Figma skills
- Basic email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Substack, Beehiiv, etc.)
- Hindi or other Indian language skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
