We are seeking an experienced Principal IP Network Engineer to provide expert-level Level 3 operational support, incident management, and advanced troubleshooting across complex service provider IP/MPLS, transport, and optical networks. This role is focused on leading the resolution of critical customer-impacting incidents, driving service restoration, and acting as the highest operational escalation point before vendor engagement.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise across multi-vendor service provider platforms with robust stakeholder management, customer engagement, and operational leadership capabilities. They will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Vendors, and Customers to ensure network stability, service reliability, and continuous operational improvement.
