Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Communications, Media & Energy (CME) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Vlocity solutions across
Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), and Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Salesforce Industries/Vlocity solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize
EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and ESM
modules.
- Develop product catalogs, product offers, pricing, rules, and configuration models.
- Implement end-to-end order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment processes.
- Develop and customize OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.




- Integrate Salesforce/Vlocity with external systems using APIs and integration frameworks.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize solutions, and support production deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
.
- Expertise in
EPC, CPQ, OM, and ESM
.
- Positive knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.
- Experience with
OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Agile development and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Salesforce/Vlocity certifications will be an added advantage.
