Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships, acquiring current corporate clients, and driving business growth, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The role demands someone who is target-driven, relationship-focused, and capable of handling large revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B clients, with a primary focus on manufacturing companies.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the organization's client portfolio.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand business needs.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Partnerships.
- Strong experience in acquiring and managing B2B clients.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed large business targets.
- Experience in developing partnerships with manufacturing companies.
- Prior experience in CSR fundraising or corporate CSR partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
