F5 is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a focus on Coupa to join our Employee Experience (EX) team, providing dedicated support and strategic implementation for our EMEA and APJC regions. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the Finance/Procurement business stakeholders and the technology team, responsible for optimizing the Coupa platform and related P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes to meet the unique requirements and compliance standards of the regions you support.
Responsibilities




Coupa System Expertise & Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Coupa platform within the EX organization, with a primary focus on configuring, optimizing, and supporting P2P modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing).
Regional Business Partnership (EMEA/APJC): Partner directly with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams in the EMEA and APJC regions to capture detailed business requirements, analyze local regulatory needs, and translate them into functional design specifications for Coupa solutions.
Functional Configuration & Implementation: Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Coupa enhancements and recent features, including requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing (UAT support), and deployment, ensuring local compliance is met.
Process Optimization & Best Practices: Analyze current P2P and Spend Management business processes, identify gaps, and prop
