Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator - IT Trainer for a remote location to deliver high-quality training sessions following our program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Session Preparation and Delivery:
Prepare sessions according to the training guidelines and materials provided.
Conduct classes as per the schedule and established methodology.
Student Engagement:
Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
Provide counseling to students as needed to support their job placements.
Community Mobilization and Volunteer Activities:
Motivate and empower students to enhance their skills.
Share knowledge and assist staff with educational material creation.
Organize fun learning activities such as dance, music, games, and painting.
Assist students with other digital subjects based on their interests.
Conduct interviews with students and create success stories.
Meet with the community to provide motivation and conduct gender sensitization programs.
Counsel parents and women, and conduct educational workshops for locals.




Participate in outreach programs within the community.
Conduct sports and cultural activities.
Organize awareness programs focusing on literacy, watershed management, wasteland development, health, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and more.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT concepts and practical applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Experience in community mobilization and volunteer activities is a plus.
