Position Overview
Evernorth, a leading health services organization,seeks highly skilled Cloud AI/ML Engineers to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with your development team on projects aligned with Evernorth’s strategic objectives and work alongside subject matter experts to accurately interpret business logic for engineering purposes. The ideal candidate will refactor and wrap models provided by Data Scientists into production-ready batch processing jobs.The Engineer will collaborate with ML operations team in monitoring the performance of the ML models. The role operates within an agile environment,



delivering business-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain ML models using CI/CD pipelines
Refactor code to meet enterprise software standards(error handling, logging and performance)
Optimize compute resources to ensure models respond quickly while keeping AWS costs low.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all implementation activities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest AL/ML tools, technologies and trends.
Support existing ML models and other cloud applications as needed.
Apply Agile principles in design, development, and delivery.
Collaborate effectively in a high-performing team environment.
Demonstrate ownership, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
