Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting and counseling prospective students and families, understanding their academic background and aspirations, and recommending suitable courses, institutions, and admission pathways.
The counselor will guide applicants through application forms, documentation, deadlines, and interview preparation, while maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and application status. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, coordinating with partner institutions, and supporting outreach activities such as seminars or information sessions. The Senior Admissions Counselor is also expected to contribute to improving counseling processes, mentor junior counselors when needed, and help achieve enrollment and service quality targets.
