Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support retention and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills, along with hands-on experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and analyze customer data to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Use CRM systems to manage customer information, interactions, follow-ups, and relationship activities.
- Develop and implement new strategies to improve customer satisfaction and meet evolving customer needs.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor customer interactions with key team members, including Customer Service Representatives, to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Plan and execute customer retention campaigns to improve engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.




- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and engage new customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and insights related to customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and customer databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
