JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Assistant Manager – Engineering
Department: Engineering / Technical Services
Reporting To: Facility Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Assistant Manager – Engineering is responsible for overseeing day-to-day engineering operations, active project monitoring alongside PMC teams, comprehensive snag management post-project completion, facility handover/takeover processes, utility management, statutory compliance, and technical service delivery at facility. The role requires hands-on expertise in in office project supervision, issue identification and escalation, retrofit facility management, and ensuring seamless transition from project delivery to operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Monitoring & Site Supervision (Ongoing Projects)

Conduct daily site inspectio
