INDIA GBS North America MSP - Associate Manager (MSP Admins / MSP Specialists).
Rairing for requisition to hire Associate Manager for the North America MSP team to support the continued growth of the business and establish a sustainable leadership structure.
The team currently consists of 30 members supporting 50+ highly critical client accounts across two distinct functions - MSP Specialists (Client Delivery) and MSP Admin. At present, both teams are managed by a single Associate Manager, resulting in a disproportionate span of control and creating a single point of dependency for day-to-day operations, performance management, client escalations, coaching, process governance, and service delivery. As the department continues to expand through new client onboarding and process transitions, dedicated leadership for each function has become an operational necessity. Assigning one Associate Manager to manage the MSP Specialist (Client Delivery) team and a second Associate Manager to oversee the MSP Admin team will improve operational oversight, strengthen accountability, enable faster decision-making, enhance employee development, and ensure consistent service delivery across all 50+ client
