About the Job:
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's products to doctors, specialists, hospitals




Generate prescriptions by effectively communicating product benefits and clinical evidence.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute daily doctor calls as per call average and coverage norms.
Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product meetings, and awareness activities.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales activities, expenses, and market intelligence in CRM.
Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotional practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred.
