What Youll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and tools.
- Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to solve technical problems and deliver features.
- Take ownership of projects from implementation through testing and deployment.
- Continuously learn current technologies and engineering best practices.

What Were Looking For

Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Python, Java, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Demonstrated software development experience through personal projects, internships, research, hackathons, open-source contributions, or significant academic work.
- Evidence of ownership, independent problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.




- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.

Preferred:
- Active GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing meaningful software projects.
- Experience building real-world software systems beyond coursework.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.
- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in programming competitions, hackathons, research, or other notable technical achievements.
- Exposure to Embedded Systems, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, Firmware, or related domains.
- Understanding of software testing, CI/CD, containers, cloud platforms, or similar engineering tools and practices.
