Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious ITI Boiler Operator to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient and protected functioning of boilers and related equipment
This role is critical to supporting our manufacturing processes and maintaining operational excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor boilers and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boilers and related systems
Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
Monitor water quality, pressure levels, and fuel consumption to maintain efficiency
Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upgrades
Suggest improvements to enhance boiler performance and safety
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining boilers and related equipment
Knowledge of boiler systems, safety standards, and maintenance practices
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
