- Munchable is looking for a Creative Director to lead content strategy and creative output across our client portfolio and original IPs.
- We are a remote-first company with a team of 30+ creatives from TVF and AIB backgrounds.
- You'll own creative direction for brand films, performance content, and original series working closely with the founders to shape Munchable's creative identity and push quality across all business units.

What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end creative direction for client campaigns and original productions
- Write and review scripts, treatments, and creative briefs
- Mentor and upskill editors and junior creatives
- Drive quality standards and establish creative benchmarks
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure content hits both creative and metric goals
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals You'll have full ownership of creative output.
- No managers.
- No bureaucracy.
- Just good work and explicit accountability.
