About the Role

We are looking for a
Copy Supervisor
who can lead the copy function across multiple projects and ensure that every piece of communication is clear, creative, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice.

The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to supervise and mentor copywriters while working closely with designers, creative teams, account managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise creative copy across digital, social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, and other communication platforms.
- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency.
- Maintain and evolve brand tone of voice across all communication.
- Guide junior and mid-level copywriters and provide constructive feedback to improve their work.
- Generate creative concepts, campaign ideas, taglines, headlines, scripts,



and other campaign communication.
- Work closely with designers and creative teams to ensure copy and visual communication work cohesively.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client requirements, briefs, and campaign objectives.
- Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts and compelling communication.
- Ensure all content is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns and brand communication.
- Review client feedback and ensure revisions are incorporated accurately and effectively.
- Conduct research to understand the brand, target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
