Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Technical Business Analyst
with
8+ years of experience
to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Agile/Scrum methodologies, requirement analysis, user story development, stakeholder management, and technical documentation
.

The candidate will work closely with
Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed
User Stories with transparent Acceptance Criteria
.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters during
Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming/Refinement,



Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
.
- Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare
BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Technical Documentation
.
- Perform
Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis
for new requirements and system changes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
- Analyze
APIs, databases, integrations, and data flows
to assess technical feasibility.
- Support
defect triage, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution
.
- Ensure requirements are properly tracked and maintained in
Jira and Confluence
.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
