Roles and Responsibility
- Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitized and tidy.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Familiarity with various spa treatments and therapies, including massage and facial techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities with a flexible and positive attitude.
