SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant EC Time Off

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in EC Time Off.

Mandatory Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Hands-on experience in EC Time Off / Time Management
- Implementation and configuration experience is mandatory
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central + EC Time Off Certification is mandatory
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration
- Exposure to middleware/integration technologies such as SAP BTP
- Good understanding of payroll processes, wage types, schemas, PCRs and payroll control records
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Configure and support EC Time Off and related Time Management processes




- Gather business requirements and design appropriate SuccessFactors solutions
- Manage integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Support payroll-related activities and troubleshoot functional issues
- Participate in testing, documentation, upgrades, enhancements and user training
- Work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors
- Conduct workshops and clearly articulate functional solutions
- Mentor junior consultants where required

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent preferred.

Mandatory Certification

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

EC Time Off certification/expertise is mandatory
