Work Experience: 3+ years in microscope service/support
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair optical microscope systems and related products at customer sites.
- Deliver demo systems, collect returns, prepare quotations, and promote upgrades and optional accessories.
- Monitor repair progress, handle customer inquiries and escalations, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality.
Key Competencies/Skill
- Technical troubleshooting skills for microscopy equipment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical documentation in English or Japanese, and create business documents such as quotations.
Other
- Co-ordination with Tax Consultants and cross functional teams.
- Knowledge with Withholding Taxes /TDS, payroll taxation,



including reverse charge mechanism and work contract TDS/TCS.
- Knowledge in SAP-R3 will be advantage.
