About The Role
The Senior Administrator role at Tech Data is a critical position responsible for managing, installing, upgrading, and migrating various enterprise applications and databases, including SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, TM1, and other cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will oversee the scheduling of maintenance activities across multiple systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.



They will be tasked with creating and maintaining server infrastructure, balancing workloads, and troubleshooting software logistics to resolve performance or startup issues effectively. This role requires proactive system monitoring, reviewing performance and audit reports to maintain system health, and implementing alerts within monitoring tools to preemptively identify potential issues. The Senior Administrator will also handle incidents and requests from end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution. Additionally, the role involves documenting processes, reviewing procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs and technology upgrades.
