ABOUT RESPIRER
- Respirer Living Sciences is a climate-tech company delivering air-quality monitoring devices, environmental intelligence and data-driven solutions for governments, industries, institutions and communities.

ROLE PURPOSE
- This is primarily a technical sales role focused on understanding customer requirements, positioning suitable environmental and air-quality solutions, developing current business, growing existing accounts and coordinating commercial execution from enquiry through order fulfilment and payment follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•
Business development:
Identify and qualify prospects

through inbound enquiries, calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals,

events and sector networks.

•
Client discovery:
Understand customer needs,

applications, decision processes and timelines; coordinate

meetings, demonstrations, technical discussions and site

visits.

•
CRM and pipeline:
Maintain accurate lead, account,

proposal and follow-up records; ensure every active

opportunity has a current stage, value and next action.

•
Proposal coordination:




Work with technical and project

teams to prepare solutions, presentations, quotations,

proposals, submissions and pilot plans.
- Account management:
Maintain customer engagement;

track commitments and identify repeat orders, renewals, AMC,

upgrade, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

•
Order-to-cash coordination:
Hand over confirmed orders,

monitor dispatch, installation, documentation and acceptance,

and coordinate invoicing and payment follow- up.

•
Customer issue closure:
Act as a responsive commercial

contact, assign internal actions, escalate delays and maintain

communication until closure.

•
Market and team support:
Share customer insights,

objections and competitor information; support campaigns,

events, sales collateral and process improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

•
Education:
MBA in Marketing; a bachelor's degree in

engineering, environmental science or a related field is

preferred.
